Our workshop sits right alongside the former RAF Manston runway, and that is where the real work takes place. When you visit Kent Classic Vehicles, you are not just stepping into a showroom. You are welcome to see the workshop as it is, with cars in various stages of restoration, engines being rebuilt, panels being shaped and paintwork being finished. It is all part of what we do.

Every vehicle restored by Kent Classic Vehicles is thoroughly road tested by our engineers before it leaves us.
We make sure each car performs exactly as it should, so it arrives with you in excellent condition and ready to be enjoyed.
A fully restored classic can be more than just a pleasure to own. It can also be a long term investment. At Kent Classic Vehicles you can purchase a vehicle completed to our high standards, buy one as it stands and carry out the restoration yourself, or ask about our flexible Pay As You Go restoration scheme.
If you have started a project and it has stalled, our Restoration Rescue service can help get it back on track. We are committed to keeping classic vehicles on the road, not left unfinished in garages.

At Kent Classic Vehicles, our aim is simple. Preserve, restore and keep as many classic vehicles on the road as possible for future generations to enjoy.
About Kent Classic Vehicles
Kent Classic Vehicles began as a shared hobby between two friends restoring their own classics. Most of the early projects were Morris Minor vans and pick-ups, along with small military vehicles, especially the Austin Rolls Royce Champ, which remains a firm favourite.
With a strong engineering background, years of hands-on experience in classic vehicle ownership and restoration, and a deep understanding of how these vehicles were originally built, what started as weekend projects quickly grew into something much bigger. Demand increased, the workshop filled up, and Kent Classic Vehicles was established as a business.
The next step was expanding the team. Two experienced, old-school workshop technicians joined us and we launched our dedicated customer workshop, offering servicing, maintenance and full restoration work on client vehicles.
Within 18 months we expanded again, taking on the two adjoining units and growing the team further with three additional workshop staff and another member of the admin team. The business continued to move forward at pace.
We also began working closely with the RAF Manston Museum and the neighbouring Manston Airport site, assisting with vehicle maintenance and general repairs. The museum hosts regular shows and events, and we are proud to take part, showcasing both our vehicles and the services we provide.
Expansion is still part of the plan. Kent Classic Vehicles continues to grow, with further development and additional staff in the pipeline.
All of our vehicles are available either fully restored and ready for the road, or part restored if you would prefer to complete the work yourself. Contact us to discuss the options available.
We are based in workshop units just across from Manston Airport on Laundry Road, past Minster Services.
Please note that viewings are strictly by appointment only. Our vehicles are stored across three separate sites, so it is essential to contact us in advance to arrange a suitable time to view a specific vehicle.
